The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze images, identify items, suggest pricing based on market data, and create listings on your connected eBay account.

3. Account Requirements

To use Text2List.app, you must:

  • Have a valid eBay seller account
  • Provide accurate account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. eBay Integration

By connecting your eBay account, you authorize Text2List.app to create listings on your behalf. You remain fully responsible for all listings created through our Service, including accuracy of descriptions, pricing, and compliance with eBay policies.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be 100% accurate. Always review listings before publishing.

5. Payments and Refunds

Text2List.app offers listing credits on a pay-as-you-go basis. All purchases are final. Unused credits do not expire but are non-transferable and non-refundable.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect previously purchased credits.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
  • Create listings for prohibited items
  • Misrepresent items or engage in fraudulent activity
  • Abuse the Service in any way that impacts other users

7. AI Disclaimer

Our AI-powered analysis is provided as a tool to assist you. AI suggestions for item identification, pricing, and descriptions are estimates only. You are responsible for verifying all information before creating listings.

Text2List.app is not liable for any losses resulting from AI inaccuracies or pricing suggestions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Text2List.app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
