Account Information

  • Email address (for authentication and communication)
  • Phone number (if using SMS features)

eBay Integration

  • eBay OAuth tokens (encrypted, used only to create listings on your behalf)
  • We do NOT store your eBay password

Images and Content

  • Photos you upload or capture for card analysis
  • Listing data (titles, descriptions, prices)
  • Voice input (microphone access, used only for real-time transcription — not stored)

iOS App Permissions (Card Agent)

  • Camera — Used to snap card photos for analysis. Photos are sent to our AI for identification only.
  • Photo Library — Used to select existing card photos from your library.
  • Microphone — Used for voice input to your Card Agent. Audio is transcribed locally and not stored.
  • Speech Recognition — Used to convert voice messages to text. Apple's Speech Recognition framework is used; audio is not retained.

Payment Information

  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe
  • We do NOT store your credit card information

Usage Data

  • Number of listings created
  • Feature usage patterns
  • Error logs for debugging

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve our Service
  • To analyze images and generate listing suggestions
  • To create eBay listings on your behalf
  • To process payments
  • To send transactional emails (receipts, account updates)
  • To respond to support requests

  • Supabase - Authentication and database
  • Stripe - Payment processing
  • Anthropic (Claude) - AI image analysis
  • eBay API - Listing creation
  • Twilio - SMS services (optional)
  • Railway - Hosting
  • Apple - iOS app distribution and Speech Recognition (Card Agent)

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing their use of your data.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

  • All data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption
  • eBay tokens encrypted at rest
  • Row-level security on database tables
  • Regular security audits

While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

  • Account data is retained while your account is active
  • Images are processed for analysis and may be retained for quality improvement
  • Listing history is retained for your reference
  • You can request deletion of your data at any time
